由中國化學與物理電源行業(yè)協(xié)會主辦，天津中電新能源研究院有限公司承辦的“第十八屆深圳國際電池技術交流會/展覽會(CIBF2026)”，定于2026年5月13-15日在深圳國際會展中心舉辦，展覽面積將達到28萬平方米，預計參展商將超過3000家，觀眾超40萬。

The 18^th China International Battery Fair (CIBF2026), organized by the China Industrial Association of Power Sources and undertaken by CETC Tianjin New Energy Research Institute Co., Ltd., is scheduled to be held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center from May 13 to 15, 2026. With an exhibition area of 280,000 m², it is expected to attract over 3,000 exhibitors and more than 400,000 visitors.

As the first branded exhibition protected by trademark registration, CIBF has been successfully held for 17 editions and stands as one of the world’s most influential new energy exhibitions. For CIBF2025, the exhibition area reached nearly 300,000 m², with 3,262 exhibitors and a visitor attendance of over 400,000. In the new energy sector, CIBF has been leading and driving the development and advancement of the new energy industry with professionalism and dedication. CIBF2026, the 18^th China International Battery Fair, will continue to join hands with top enterprises across the entire industry chain—including those specializing in battery materials, equipment, cell manufacturing, pack technology, and recycling. 展品范圍

Scope of Exhibits

(1) 各系列電池：鋰離子電池、鎳氫電池、鎳鎘電池、鉛酸蓄電池、固態(tài)電池、超級電容器、鈉硫電池、鈉氯化鎳電池、液流電池、鋰一次電池、鋅錳電池、堿錳電池、鋅鎳電池、鋅銀電池、熱電池、燃料電池、半導體溫差電組件及其他新型電池；

All battery series include: lithium-ion batteries, nickel-metal hydride  batteries(Ni-MH), nickel-cadmium  batteries(Ni-Cd), lead-acid batteries, solid-state batteries, supercapacitors (ultracapacitors), sodium-sulfur (Na-S) batteries, sodium-nickel chloride batteries, flow redox batteries, lithium primary batteries, zinc-manganese batteries, alkaline manganese batteries, zinc-nickel batteries, zinc-silver oxide batteries, thermal batteries, fuel cells, semiconductor thermoelectric modules, and other new battery types. 

(2) 各種組合電池：手機、筆記本電腦、平板電腦、可穿戴設備、對講機、無繩電話、數(shù)碼產品、應急照明燈、電動玩具、UPS、鐵路機車和客車、地鐵車輛、船舶等用電池組；

Various battery packs: battery packs for mobile phones, laptops, tablets, wearable devices, walkie-talkies, cordless phones, digital products, emergency lighting, electric toys, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), railway locomotives and carriages, metro vehicles, ships, and more.

(3) 動力電池及管理系統(tǒng)：無人機、航模、電動工具、電動自行車、電動三輪車、低速電動車、電動客車、電動乘用車、電動物流車及混合電動車、電動船舶等各種用途動力電池及電池管理系統(tǒng)；

Power batteries and their management systems: Power batteries and their management systems for various applications, including UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles), aero models, power tools, electric bicycles, electric tricycles, low-speed electric vehicles, electric buses, electric passenger vehicles, electric logistics vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), electric ships, and more.

(4) 充電樁、充換電站及相關配套設施：充電樁、充換電站、充換電站配套設備、停車場充電設施及智能監(jiān)控設備、充電站供電解決方案、充電站-智能電網解決方案等；

Charging piles, charging and swapping stations, and related supporting facilities: charging piles, charging and swapping stations, supporting equipment for charging and swapping stations, parking lot charging facilities and intelligent monitoring equipment, power supply solutions for charging stations, and charging station-smart grid integration solutions, etc.

(5) 儲能應用及EPC工程：新能源儲能、工商業(yè)儲能、微電網儲能、分布式能源儲能、通訊基站儲能、工業(yè)節(jié)能用儲能技術、家庭儲能、電動汽車光儲充一體化充（換）電站、BMS電池管理系統(tǒng)、PCS儲能逆變器等。各種化學儲能和物理儲能產品；

Energy storage applications and EPC projects: new energy storage, industrial and commercial energy storage, microgrid energy storage, distributed energy storage, communication base station energy storage, energy storage technologies for industrial energy conservation, household energy storage, integrated photovoltaic-storage-charging (battery swap) stations for electric vehicles, battery management systems (BMS), PCS energy storage inverters, etc. Various chemical energy storage and physical energy storage products.

(6) 移動電源及相關產品：各種品牌移動電源產品、各種規(guī)格鋰離子電池、各種材質外殼、移動電源設計方案及充電器IC、保護電路及PCB電路板、USB接口及數(shù)據(jù)線等；

Portable power banks and related products: various brand portable power banks, lithium-ion batteries of various specifications, enclosures of various materials, portable power bank design solutions, charger ICs, protection circuits, PCBs, USB interfaces and data cables, etc.

(7) 氫能及燃料電池技術與設備：制氫設備技術與氫氣供應、氫氣儲運及相關設備、燃料電池關鍵部件及供應技術、 燃料電池系統(tǒng)及成果應用等；

Hydrogen energy and fuel cell technologies & equipment: hydrogen production equipment, technologies & hydrogen supply; hydrogen storage, transportation technologies & related equipment; key components of fuel cells & their supply technologies; fuel cell systems & their application cases, etc.

(8) 各類電池用生產設備、測試儀器、原材料、零部件等；

(9) 廢舊電池回收及再生處理技術與設備；電池行業(yè)用三廢處理設備等；

Spent battery recycling and regeneration technologies & equipment; three-waste (waste gas, wastewater, solid waste) treatment equipment for the battery industry, etc.

(10) 電池測試與認證機構、智能化數(shù)字化電池工廠與材料工廠解決方案等。

標準展位及光地價格

Price for Standard Booth and Raw Space

1、 標準展位：（雙開口展位加收10%）

Standard Booth: (10% surcharge for double-faced/ conner booths)

（1）國內企業(yè)：16800元/ 9m²，14800元/ 9m²，13800元/ 9m²

Domestic enterprises: ￥16,800/9m², ￥14,800/9m², ￥13,800/9m²

（2）外資、合資及中國港澳臺企業(yè)：3000美元/9m²

Foreign-invested, joint-venture enterprises, and enterprises from China's Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions: $3,000/9m2

2、 光地（36 m²起訂，布展期間管理費自付）

Raw Space (minimum order of 36 m2; management fees during the setup period are borne by the Exhibitor)

（1）國內企業(yè)：1680元/ m²，1480元/m²，1380元/m²

Domestic enterprises: ￥1,680/m2, ￥1,480/m2, ￥1,380/m2

（2）外資、合資及中國港澳臺企業(yè)：300美元/ m²

Foreign-invested, joint-venture enterprises, and enterprises from China's Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions: $300/m2

標準展位配置：

（1）每個標準展位面積：9m²（長3*寬3*高2.5）

（2）免費提供：

◆中英文楣板1個（角位為2個）；

1 Chinese-English fascia board (2 for corner booths);

◆桌子1張，折疊椅2把，射燈2只，電源插座1個，紙簍1個，地毯1塊；

1 table, 2 folding chairs, 2 spotlights, 1 power socket, 1 wastebin, and 1 carpet;

◆免費在《CIBF2026電子會刊》刊登公司信息（以參展商填報為準）。

優(yōu)惠及退展規(guī)則

Discounts & Cancellation Terms

◆CIBF2026優(yōu)惠條件：

Discounts for CIBF 2026:

1、老展商優(yōu)惠：（二選一）

（1）凡是連續(xù)參加了CIBF2024和CIBF2025的老展商，可享受15%的展位費優(yōu)惠；

All returning exhibitors who participated in CIBF2025 shall be entitled to a 15% discount on booth fees.

（2）僅參加了 CIBF2024 或 CIBF2025 的老展商，可享受 10%的展位費優(yōu)惠。

Regular exhibitors who only participated in CIBF 2024 or CIBF 2025 can enjoy a 10% discount on booth fees.

2、會員優(yōu)惠：（二選一）

（1）2025年12月31日（含）前，連續(xù)交納2024和2025年兩年會費的協(xié)會會員單位，展位費優(yōu)惠10%；僅繳納2025年一年會費的協(xié)會會員單位，展位費優(yōu)惠5%；

The Member Units of the Association that pay membership fees consecutively for the years 2024 and 2025 by December 31, 2025 (inclusive) shall be entitled to a 10% discount on booth fees; those that pay membership fees only for the year 2025 during the same period shall be entitled to a 5% discount on booth fees.

（2）2026年1月1日（含）新入會的協(xié)會會員單位，不享受會員優(yōu)惠政策。

The Member Units of the Association that joined on or after January 1, 2026 shall not be eligible for the membership discounts.

3、國際展區(qū)不享受任何優(yōu)惠政策。

The international hall shall not be entitled to any discounts.

◆CIBF2026退展規(guī)則：

Cancellation Terms for CIBF 2026:

展商因特殊原因不能參展，可申請退展，退展須提供單位蓋章的書面申請、發(fā)票拒收證明、單位銀行信息，經主辦方確認后在規(guī)定時間內辦理退展手續(xù)。

If an exhibitor is unable to participate in the exhibition due to special reasons, they may apply for cancellation. To do so, the following documents must be provided: a written application with the company seal, a certificate of invoice rejection, and the company’s bank details. Upon confirmation by the Organizer, the cancellation procedures shall be completed within the specified time.

（1）2026年2月1日（不含）之前退展，主辦方收取已付展位費的30%作為補償，余款退回；

If the Exhibitor cancels before February 1, 2026 (exclusive), the Organizer will retain 30% of the paid booth fee as compensation, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

（2）2026年2月1日（含）-4月1日（不含）之間退展，主辦方收取已付展位費的60%作為補償，余款退回；

If the Exhibitor cancels during the period from February 1, 2026 (inclusive) to April 1, 2026 (exclusive), the Organizer will retain 60% of the paid booth fee as compensation, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

（3）2026年4月1日（含）之后退展，已付展位費不退。

If the Exhibitor cancels after April 1, 2026(inclusive), the paid booth fee will not be refunded.

◆CIBF2026取消展位規(guī)則：

Cancellation Terms for CIBF 2026:

（1）展位預留未簽約情形：若主辦方已為展商預留展位，但因展商原因導致自展位預留確認之日起超過15日（含第15日）未啟動合同簽署流程的，主辦方有權向展商發(fā)出書面通知（包括但不限于郵件、微信等，下同），要求展商在收到通知后3個工作日內書面回復是否繼續(xù)簽約。逾期未回復或明確拒絕簽約的，主辦方有權單方取消展位預留，將該展位另行處置，且無需承擔任何責任。

Scenario of booth reservation without signed contract: If the Organizer has reserved a booth for the Exhibitor, but the Exhibitor, due to its own reasons, fails to initiate the contract signing process within 15 days (including the 15th day) from the date of booth reservation confirmation, the Organizer shall be entitled to issue a written notice to the Exhibitor (including but not limited to email, WeChat, etc., the same hereinafter), requesting the Exhibitor to reply in writing within 3 working days of receipt, confirming whether they will proceed with the contract signing. If the Exhibitor fails to reply within the time limit or explicitly refuses to sign the contract, the Organizer shall be entitled to unilaterally cancel the booth reservation, reallocate the booth to other parties, and shall not assume any liability therefor.

（2）合同流程停滯情形：雙方啟動合同簽署流程后（以主辦方給展商發(fā)送合同或發(fā)送可進行線上簽約的通知之日起算）30日（含第30日）內展商未回傳合同的，主辦方有權向展商發(fā)出書面催告通知，要求展商在收到通知后3個工作日內完成合同簽署或書面說明延遲原因并承諾具體完成期限。若展商未在上述期限內響應或未按承諾期限履行的，主辦方有權終止本次合作，展位不予保留，且無需承擔任何責任。

Scenario of stalled contract process: Where, within 30 days (including the 30th day) after both parties initiate the contract signing process (calculated from the date on which the Organizer sends the contract to the Exhibitor or issues a notice enabling online signing), the Exhibitor fails to return the signed contract, the Organizer shall be entitled to issue a written demand notice to the Exhibitor, requiring the Exhibitor to complete contract signing within 3 working days of receipt, or provide a written explanation of the delay reasons and commit to a specific completion deadline. If the Exhibitor fails to respond within the aforesaid time limit or fails to perform in accordance with the committed deadline, the Organizer shall be entitled to terminate the cooperation, the booth will not be reserved, and the Organizer shall not assume any liability.

（3）合同簽署后未付款情形：若雙方已簽署合同，展商未按合同約定的付款期限支付款項，且經主辦方通過書面形式（包括但不限于郵件、微信等）催告后10日（含第10日）內仍未支付的（主辦方催告日以通知發(fā)出日為準），主辦方有權單方解除合同，收回展商已預訂的展位并另行處置，并按照《展覽服務合同》收取展商違約金。

Scenario of non-payment after contract signing: Where both parties have signed the contract, but the Exhibitor fails to make payment within the payment period agreed in the contract, and still fails to pay within 10 days (including the 10th day) after the Organizer issues a written notice (including but not limited to email, WeChat, etc.) to demand payment (the date of the Organizer’s demand shall be the date of notice issuance), the Organizer shall be entitled to unilaterally cancel the contract, reclaim the booth booked by the Exhibitor and reallocate it, and collect liquidated damages from the Exhibitor in accordance with the Exhibition Service Contract.
